Icemageddon 2013

Definitely have to document the craziness of "Icemageddon 2013." We spent last Thursday night - Sunday afternoon stuck in the house because of the crazy amount of ice that fell here.  The girls were off of school Friday and Monday.  Friday morning we bundled up the girls and Eric took them out sledding on the golf course.  They had so much fun and went a few more times throughout the day.  They had a blast.  We of course had to warm up with hot chocolate and bubble baths. On Saturday Nicole woke up to a house with no running water so we adopted The Winston's for the day and night.  The girls were so excited to have a slumber party and I was happy to hang out with Nicole for the day. When they went back to their house Sunday morning their water was back on so we only got to have them over for one night.  The rest of our time was spent playing, coloring, painting, watching movies, playing games, baking cookies, online shopping and a special outing to the mall on Sunday.  We are finally back in school today and getting back to normal.  Here are a few pictures from our very long 4 day Icemageddon.
