Campbell has finally decided to take her first steps. It cracks me up how incredibly cautious she is and how proud she is of herself. I definitely wouldn't call her a walker yet, but she is getting very close. At least she is getting over the fear and giving it a try. Here is a video of her walking to me this morning. Sorry it is sideways, I can't figure out how to flip it :)

5 years
Eric and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary yesterday. He got off work early and we took Campbell to his mom's for the night. We got to spend a few hours at the pool, just the two of us, and then went to dinner at Bob's Steakhouse. It was so delicious and nice to take our time eating without a baby! It is hard to believe it has already been 5 years and amazing to look at how our life has changed in those 5 years. We have been so blessed with sweet Campbell and now another one of the way. I am so proud of the life that we have built so far and can't wait to see what the next 5 years bring. Happy Anniversary Eric!

The story of our move...
I have decided that the story of our move is worthy of a blog post. I am going to start out by saying that overall...we were very lucky in that our house did sell fast, and we found a heck of a deal on a great house! But...it was a bumpy road to get here. Actually the events that led up to finally being in our house this past weekend are just too funny (they weren't funny at the time) not to share. So, here is a run down of the events that led up to our move...
1. We put our house on the market on a Friday
2. The house sells on that Sunday and we have to be out of the house in 3 weeks.
3. Our realtor and I spend the next 4 days driving around in the heat (sometimes with Campbell) looking at a ton of houses that I don't like.
4. I schedule movers for May 18th
5. The buyer has the house inspected and we agree on what to fix from the inspection report.
6. Eric and I finally find a house that we love and put an offer in on it
7. With only 6 hours left in our buyer's 7 day option period, she backs out! (Cold feet we were told...whatever!)
8. I reschedule the movers for May 31st
9. We put our house back on the market and decide to proceed with the inspection of the house we put an offer in on.
10. The inspection comes back that the pool is completely screwed up and have to terminate our offer.
11. Our house sells again only 2 days later!
12. We are now going to be homeless in 3 weeks...again!
13. Our realtor and I spend another few days looking at houses I don't like.
14. We finally find a house that we LOVE and put an offer in on it the day is goes on the market!
15. We get the house, have it inspected and are scheduled to move in June 2nd.
16. I reschedule the movers AGAIN for June 2nd
17. We are going on a week long family vacation. We return from our trip on a Sunday and are scheduled to move on that Tuesday...
18. SO we pack up our house before we leave for Florida so we can be ready to go when we get back.
19. We also put in the request for our mail to be forwarded and for all of our utlilies to be changed over on June 2nd.
20. Thursday while we are in Florida our realtor calls and says that funding fell through with our buyer's buyers and things are going to be pushed off 10 days.
21. We return from Florida to a house full of boxes and eat off of paper plates for the next 10 days.
22. I reschedule the movers YET AGAIN for June 12th...by now they think I am CRAZY :)
23. It's finally moving day...We get a call from Lowes that our refigerator that is supposed to be delivered is damaged and they won't have a new one in for a week.
24. We go to our first closing and sign the papers for the sale of our house
25. We arrive at our second closing to sign all of the papers to buy our new house
26. When we drive up to our second closing there is a fire truck outside and everyone has evacuated the building.
27. "Of course.....why wouldn't there be a fire today" I say to Eric
28. We quickly realize it is just a fire drill and go in to start our closing
29. We sit down and realize that we never got our diver's license's back from our first closing
30. Our realtor drives back to get our licenses so we can proceed with our closing.
31. Part of he funding has not come through on the sale of our house, so we can't get into our new house until it does.
32. We pay our movers to sit outside of our new house with a loaded truck until the funding comes through...luckily it was only an hour.
33. The End!
I know...ridiculous right? We are so happy our soap opera is over and we are living happily ever after :)

Florida
I am finally getting around to doing a post about our Florida trip last month. We had a great time and loved watching Campbell see the beach for the first time. She loved the sand for the first few days and then was not too fond of having it all over her towards the end of the week. Here are a bunch of pictures from our trip. Thanks to my parent's for a wonderful vacation!!
She played with the shades for a good majority of the flight.

Move postponed
Our move has been postponed until June 12th. The people that are buying our house had a snitch in the sale of their house that postponed things 10 days. We are living in a house full of boxes as we were all ready to move on Tuesday and didn't find out about the snitch until last Thursday. We are also without internet as we had that turned off in preparation for the move. So, it has been a crazy week. We are hopeful that things will go smoothly for the June 12th move date...but we pretty much take everything with a grain of salt these days.
I'll try to post pictures from our Florida trip this weekend. Just wanted to give everyone a quick update.
